Refund Policy for Services

Domain

Generally You don't get refund If your domain registration is completed. But here is one option If you order / select a wrong domain name or you want to change your Domain name, you can do it. But You need to tell us within 3 days from you Domain registration date. We can change you domain name in this time. But you need to pay a small extra fee.

Web Hosting

If you are dissatisfied with our hosing service (Not for Reseller) you can get full refund from us. We allow 30 days money back guaranty for our web hosting customer. So, you must need to tell us within 30 days from your purchases date.
- for reseller hosting, Generally we billed monthly so If you dissatisfied with our service you can cancel your subscription from next billing cycle. Here is no refund policy. But, If our server is close or damage for 3-5 days continue from our side (not for the issue, that occurred by your side) you can apply us for refund your current month billed amount.

Brand SMS

We offer fully refund for Brand SMS service. Because It's actually pre-paid account, you need to add fund first If you want to use the service, When you will send sms We will charge per sms form your account balance. So, If you not satisfied about sms sending you can apply for refund. We will refund your available balance if you want. But If you use bulk sms sending without sms delivery status test & If your sms not delivered. Then you can't apply for refund. We will refund you only your available sms account balance.

Server (VPS, Dedicated)

Generally Our any VPS (Virtual Private Server) or Dedicated server don't offer refund policy. But, If our server is close or damage for 3-5 days continue from our side (not for the issue, that occurred by your side) you can apply us for refund your current month billed amount.

Web Development / Application

If you don't get that you ordered us actually or If we don't maintain/delivery your project within your project deadline time. Then you can apply for full (the amount you paid us) refund request.

Others Services

For other service that not declared here. So, we don't allow refund for those service.

Important Note for Refund Policy

If we get any service Abuse report with proof. We will suspend your service or billing account & you don't get any refund. But, you can apply for refund, our support department will be think about your refund possibility.
